When not creating fine art, you can find me practicing the martial art, aikido, in upstate New York.

Who am I and why am I here?

Creativity, art, theatre, social justice, education, and serving others in some capacity are central to my life and have guided my career path. Regardless of the task or employment, what I enjoy most is problem-solving.

I asked former co-workers to respond to this question: “Why would you hire me?” Here are a few things they told me: “May thinks outside the box and has the intuition to create innovative solutions to problems that may seem unsolvable.” And “May is able to see the big picture and offer guidance that is tactful and constructive.”

I am driven by the desire for achievement in any task I take on. I will not quit until I’ve exhausted all possible solutions to a problem. If I don’t know how to do something, I will ask for help and enthusiastically learn how to do it. I’m flexible and adaptable and have a strong commitment to getting the work done.

I relish utilizing all of my skills, play well with others, and bring enthusiasm, dedication, humor, and focus to my work. If you think I may be a good fit for your organization or business, feel free to contact me. Let’s create something together!
